Puff pastry sunflower with cheese
Good morning, chefs! Today I’m going to show you a fabrication I made with what I had in the fridge – a packet of puff pastry, leftover mashed potatoes from a previous day’s garnish, an open can of peas, 1 packet of cream cheese, an egg, smoked yellow cheese. For the arrangement of the flower I remembered one I had seen some time ago in various culinary videos. And hop – it turned out not just a flower, but a PUFF PASTRY SUNFLOWER WITH CHEESE. You break a “leaf” from the edge and dip it in the melted cheese in the middle. And once cool, it can be cut into…

Chopped “fried” salad with roasted peppers and beans
Of all the delicacies, I love beans and roasted red peppers the most. And both together – you get a dish just to lick your fingers. This is a salad recipe (maybe an appetizer) and I present it to you the way mom prepares it. The idea is not just to mix roasted peppers with boiled beans. There are some tricks that make it far tastier – first chop and then “fry” with hot oil. Try it and you will see what I am talking about… Here is the recipe:

Small Zucchini “pancakes”
I wonder why zucchini can never bore me. I cook them in all sorts of ways and rediscover them every time, as if I’m using a new type of vegetable. Here they are today as SMALL ZUCCHINI PANCAKES. Very tasty, light and fluffy. They are suitable as an appetizer or a side dish, as well as for a main dish in the heat. Try them and have fun! 🙂

Low-carb Zucchini Roll with No Flour
When I first made this Zucchini roll last year, I was really skeptical because it didn’t contain a single spoonful of flour like the standard zucchini roll recipes. Well, I can tell you that cream cheese does the same thing, so it gets even tastier. I challenge you to prepare it! You will get a rich taste and at the same time low-carb recipe. Super delicious! Enjoy! 🙂

Boiled eggs pate
There were still some painted boiled Easter eggs in the fridge. They quickly became my husband’s favorite Pate with boiled eggs. You can smears it on crackers, toasted slices, even on meat. Enjoy! 🙂

Low-carb onion pie (Zwiebelkuchen)
There are a wide variety of low-carb recipes. Well, this one is a bit more interesting variation of the classic German Onion Pie (Zwiebelkuchen). I borrowed the recipe from the German culinary site https://abnehmtricks-und-abnehmtipps.de, making some adjustments to my taste, such as replacing some products or their ratio. The site says that the low-carb version is better than the original. When I prepare the original, I’ll tell you 🙂
