    Easter is approaching. We all “train” actively to choose the most appropriate recipe for Kozunak. However, I am going to offer you something different that we can do with this sweet type of dough – CRUFFINS. The word comes from the combination of “croissant” and “muffins” and that’s how we get these beauties. I saw the idea from the recipe for “Easter Kraffin” from a Russian culinary site by Tanya Shpilko. She prepares them in larger paper forms. I decided to bake them in muffin molds.
