Lasagna Bolognese with macaroni (Pasticio or Pasta Pasticciata)
Here is another Saturday temptation – in Italian way with the most delicious Bolognese and Béchamel sauce as in the wonderful lasagna, and in our Bulgarian way – to use whatever pasta we have in the cupboard. Let’s not forget the delicious yellow crust on top. And you want – sprinkled on top with Parmesan… Well, here are my LASAGNA BOLOGNESE WITH MACARONI. Later I found out that in Greece it is called PASTICIO, and in Italy – Pasta Pasticciata. But no matter how they call it – it’s delicious, I guarantee you! Just try it! 🙂 Enjoy! 🙂 Here is the recipe:

Shish kebab with minced meat
My husband Theo again performed well in the kitchen. When it comes to grilling, the enthusiasm is always great 🙂 But the more interesting thing is that he experimented with more exotic oriental spices. And the result is definitely more than great. Have a look!

Swedish meatballs or “IKEA Meatballs”
I guess if you’ve been to IKEA, you’ve happened to taste their famous meatballs – small fried round meatballs drizzled with a delicious cream sauce. I saw the recipe on a foreign culinary site (www.recipetineats.com) and immediately hurried to prepare them. Wow, obviously foreigners like them, too! 🙂 Well, mine have a little more sauce, because we love it at home, but you make them in the original way, as in the recipe. Here it is:

An idea from the Bulgarian cuisine! With so many simple products, and such a delicious result! You should definitely try it!
-
Improvized Stroganoff Meatballs
A Bulgarian add-on to the Russian recipe, in which I replaced the beef meat with Bulgarian beef meatballs. I couldn’t taste the result of my improvisation, but they quickly disappeared from Jeff’s plate and he asked for more the next day.

Fast spaghetti Bolognese
A classic Italian taste in half an hour. The original recipe calls for longer preparation of the sauce (ragu), but the fast recipe is also very delicious. It can be prepared with any other type of pasta.

Mince meat baskets in muffin molds
Today I present to you a very tasty and interesting recipe – Mini baskets, but not made from sweet dough, but from minced meat. And in what? In muffin molds, of course :). Filling is a matter of imagination and what’s in the fridge! Besides being very tasty, this recipe is keto (low carb), too! Enjoy! 🙂

American hamburger
American hamburger is a classic, easy and delicious American grilled ground beef. If you’re adding cheese, put a slice (or two) on the beef while cooking and let it melt for more flavor. For best result prepare all the ingredients before the meat and cook the meat as little as possible. You can serve the American hamburger with some American potato salad, French fries or hash browns. Enjoy!

Greek moussaka
Like any other recipe, this one also has numerous options – it can be made with eggplants, potatoes, zucchini, where each vegetable is fried or baked slightly in advance, covered with white sauce and then baked again. This time I decided to use eggplants and bechamel sauce, leaving the other options of this dish for some other time. But I didn’t miss the scents that are a must – cinnamon and nutmeg. A great taste, trust me! 🙂
