    More and more January holidays are coming nearer. That is why I want to present to you something extremely tasty that you can prepare for the coming holidays – these TWISTED BUTTER BAGELS (ACMA). They are really wonderful and I think this is one of the most delicious pastry product I’ve ever made. Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.     My husband Theo was in the kitchen again. This time he performed with these fluffy cheese buns we call MILINKI. I, of course, helped a little, but only in shaping the balls and baking.     I suppose you haven’t had breakfast yet … If so, I have an idea for you – FRIED TOASTS WITH EGGS AND YOGHURT – a favourite breakfast since childhood! I don’t remember how my mom made them, I think she only fried them with eggs, but after starting living together with my husband, he told me that the bread slices could also be fried by adding some yogurt.
