Traditional Spanish gaspacho (or Gaspacho Andaluz)
This soup is made faster than our cold soup called Tarator, because you don’t even bother to grate the vegetables. I have been planning to try this Gaspacho for so long and in these hot days the time has come. I really wanted to make gaspacho according to an original Spanish recipe, so I looked for one and found it on the culinary youtube channel “Spain on a Fork”. The vegetables in the blender, a little good olive oil on top and you’re done! Try it for yourself! Here is the recipe:

It is so easy 🙂 Enjoy!

Vegetable soup with white cheese
Just a soup? No way! Soup is a dish that offers many health benefits and does not take much preparation time, nor requires a great deal of culinary skills. According to nutritionists, they are extremely healthy, especially clear soups that contain a lot of vegetables, chicken, fish or eggs. This is because these products are rich in fiber and protein, which makes them very rich. Let’s not forget how delicious they are and how they warm the body and soul. Here is my VEGETABLE SOUP WITH WHITE CHEESE! I won’t be myself if I don’t add something else for more luxury, so it’s the cheese now. Next time I will…

For centuries, Saint-Germain-en-Laye was a vast area covered with forests, vegetable gardens and a castle. Then, in the 17th century, they were massively populated by Parisians who wanted to escape the shackles of the big city. Arable land began to decline very much. Many nobles built large houses. This was also due to the disappearance of the great gardeners in the 18th century. The suburb thus became a very popular place for noble residences, but continues to be the site of a large market…

Probably this is also the case in other families with children – cream soups are very much respected. Except for pizza and meatballs, children also eat cream soup. And of course, look how beautiful and delicious it is!

Nettle and cauliflower soup
I bought some fresh nettle from the market. I liked it, but I had not decided how I would cook it. I thought about something like an omelette… But the moment I started cooking, things happened on their own, and that green thing came about. Many people do not like the dark green color of dishes, but I can tell you that the taste was excellent, especially in combination with sour cream, cheese and walnuts. I liked the different textures – the blended soup, the cauliflower and hard nuts. This dish is very fast and easy. And the nettle can be replaced with other green vegetables or spices. I suggest…
