Cheesy cupcakes
When you have some creamy curds in the fridge and you have to utilize it, these cupcakes are the best and quickest option. I saw the recipe online at gotvach.bg. I replaced the cream cheese with the curds I had and here is the result. And it’s a great addition to the box for the child at school 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
In the bowl, place the eggs and the creamy curd (cream cheese) and beat with a wire whisk.

Add the baking powder, the salt and the oregano.

Add the milk.

Add the sifted flour.

You need to get a smooth and fine mixture.

Add the grated cheese.

Mix.

Fill the mixture into paper muffin tins.

Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!

If I can do it, so can you!
Bon appetit!
