Minced meat “nests” stuffed with pickled vegetables
When you have minced meat and want to make something more interesting than the usual meatballs, you should definitely prepare these nests stuffed with pickled vegetables. Unique taste!

НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ:
Put all the ingredients for the mince meat "nests" in a bowl. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
If you want, you can cover with a cling foil and leave all the flavors to mix for about 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator.

Finely chop the pickled vegetables.

Prepare a baking tray and lightly grease it with sunflower oil.
Form 7 nests of minced meat and place them in the pan.

Distribute the pickle in the nests.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with a fan for about 15-20 minutes.
Place the pan on the lower level in the oven so that the minced meat can be baked without burning the cheese on top.

Serve with your favorite garnish.
