I’m Annie – a food lover enchanted by the call of home cooked food. As a child, I pulled pie crusts with my grandmother and held onto Mom’s stand mixer while the sponge bubbled in the bowl. My work in real life has nothing to do with cooking – I am an economist by education, but almost my life I deal with all financial risk insurance. For the past few years, mixing cakes has been my escape from reality, and even though sometimes it’s quite laborious to make – it’s my pleasure!
