Today I’m going to introduce to you a relatively unknown cake for us – MARZIPAN CAKE. I saw the recipe from my very good friend and amazing cook Natalie on her site kiflichka.com – recipe here. I changed it a bit, of course, because I had no natural marzipan, but only candy called “marzipan potatoes” that contained almost nothing but marzipan.
