    Fast spaghetti Marinara

    Спагети Маринара

Marinara sauce is a tomato sauce, usually made with tomatoes, garlic, onions and other spices – basil, oregano, parsley, pepperoncini, capers, anchovies and more. It is a slowly cooked sauce (through simmering for about 2 hours or more), similar to bolognese sauce (ragu). This recipe is fast. The fast Marinara sauce is less aromatic but still very delicious. My personal favorite addition to Marinara sauce is the Bulgarian white cheese. Any other cheese can be added to this sauce.

    Bulgarian soup Pacha

    Супа пача

Today’s lunch will be our, Bulgarian way. And with a lot ot garlic and vinegar as it should be. And if you love hot, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of hot pepper. It must go with a nice brandy too, but I don’t really know much of alcohol. Grab the spoon and enjoy! 🙂

    Grilled vegetables pasta

    Grilled vegetables pasta

I know this really interesting vegetarian recipe from my friend Dr. Maya, who actually is a real doctor, and at the same time – a web design master and author of this site. Since she is not a meat fan, you can see her here as a guest chef presenting some vegetarian recipes. Since she knows fluently Italia, everything Italian is great for her and this is also 100% valid for Italian cuisine. Well, here it is this impressive, but at the same time very simple, vegetarian recipe, which I recommend you to prepare! Bon appetit!
