Zucchini cake (an Italian recipe)
Hello, dear cooking and not so much cooking, but only looking at the delicious and interesting recipes, friends! After about 10 days of absence (for good reasons), I’m posting something tasty again. During this time (those who have made major repairs at home will understand me), I did not stop cooking, but due to the nature of the dishes that had to come out of my partially nylon-covered modest kitchen, they did not deserve much attention. But here’s a recipe I hope you like – ZUCCHINI CAKE. I found the recipe on the culinary YouTube channel of an Italian grandmother, Gina Petitti, who has lived in the United States for…

My favorite apple pie from my mom’s recipes (quick and tasty)
For many years I had only a few recipes in the recipe book from my mother. And this one always came first. Try it and you will understand what I mean! Enjoy! 🙂

Banana Bread
There are always some bananas at home, which we always buy and the child always promises to eat. They finally stand and darken in the fruit basket. These days, three weeeeelll riped bananas have become into this. It is difficult to describe the aroma of bananas, which is complemented by the taste of walnuts and chocolate. Delicacy! Try it for yourself! The original recipe is borrowed from the culinary site www.delish.com. And here’s how I did it:

Lacta candy cake
It’s been a long time since I’ve made this cake. As well as since it entirely disappeared… But from other commitments I still don’t have time to upload the recipe. Here it is. One of my favorite cakes from mom’s recipe cookbook. Unique! Try it too 🙂 Enjoy!

Walnut buns of grandma Elenka
These days I remembered cookies that my grandmother Elenka used to prepare (my mother’s mother from the village of Vardim, Svishtov region). She prepared them quickly, somehow by the way, and like any housewife at that time, all measures were approximate. Even the units in the recipe I wrote down in the old notebook were in yogurt jars 🙂 Obviously the ratio of the ingredients is what matters. With this quantity of ingredients you can make a lot of buns, so if you want you can try half a dose. An old and delicious recipe! Enjoy!

Delicious milk custard cake
Here’s another really delicious pastry! It is easy and quick to prepare. Only it takes a little patience afterwards to harden so it can be cut. Which we at home, I must admit, missed a little 😉 Thanks for the recipe to Valentina Novakova, who posted it on the Facebook group “Sourdough Bread”. She is a true master of all kinds of sourdough pastry. And this one shows that she copes with ease beyond this area. Thank you from my heart, Valia! And to you – enjoy! 🙂

Sweet little rocks (Skalichki)
I love fast and delicious recipes. Well, not that it doesn’t happen to me to spend hours in the kitchen. And it gives me immense pleasure. But it’s another thing to mix several products and get a super taste. And when you turn everything into a game and include your beloved baby hands in the shaping, then everything becomes even more delicious! Here are our SWEET LITTLE ROCKS, known in Bulgaria as SKALICHKI! Bon appetit! 🙂

Apple Cake
Good morning with an sunny APPLE CAKE! Mine got pretty bushy, but you can do it with a more disciplined fringe. Enjoy! 🙂

Walnut cookies
WALNUT COOKIES – they taste very delicious. And very appropriate when you have some egg-whites left after you have prepared, for example, the Dobush cake cream … 🙂 A good option is to glue them with some marmalade as they become softer. Enjoy! 🙂

Shekerpare (Turkish cookies)
There is no other word for this dessert than “bliss melting in your mouth.” Thanks to Turkan Seven for the recipe! As soon as I saw these tempting little balls, I wanted to prepare them. And you should definitely use hazelnuts for decoration as in the original recipe! Then you will get an amazing dessert from Turkish cuisine… Enjoy!
