Fast cheesy beer appetizer recipe
INGREDIENTS:
250 g yellow Bulgarian cheese
50 g white Bulgarian cheese
2 eggs
1 baking powder
8 tbsp flour
DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Leave in fridge for 30 min. If you have hungry guests drinking beer you could skip this step 🙂

Make 1 inch balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper at 1 inch distance.

Bake at 220 °C for 15 min.
