INGREDIENTS:

 2.50 kg of grounded beef
 400 g of diced tomatoes
 800 g canned red kidney beans
 1 big green pepper
 1 big red pepper
 1 onion
 3 cloves of garlic
 ¾ cup chili mix
 2 cups water
Chili mix:
 2 tbsp paprika
 2 tsp oregano
 1 ½ tsp cumin
 1 ½ tsp powdered garlic
 ¾ tsp powdered onion
 ½ tsp hot red pepper (cayenne)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix paprika, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.

Place the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until evenly browned.

Drain off grease.

Place the pot over medium heat, and add the onion, garlic, green pepper, red pepper and kidney beans.

Cook and stir for a few minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and water, and season with chili powder. Simmer over low heat for 40 minutes uncovered.
